Meher S. Badia

Meher Badia is an associate attorney at Bowles & Verna LLP, with a certificate in business law.

Meher began as a summer associate at B&V in 2022. Meher has worked on various projects supporting clients throughout complex litigation, regulatory compliance, and international product recalls. She has developed core competencies in several U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations, including Reece’s Law (button-cell battery warning and manufacturing standards). 

She also has experience navigating trademark and intellectual property disputes. 

Meher is a graduate of the UC Davis School of Law (“King Hall”), where she served as vice-chair of the Moot Court Honors Board, student government class representative, and vice-president of the Business Law Society. Meher was inducted into the Order of Barristers in April 2023. 

She previously worked as a legal extern for Hon. Judge Christopher Krueger at the Sacramento Superior Court in the Civil Law and Motion department.
