Biography
Joe Nykodym has been an attorney for thirty years. He has represented businesses and individuals in state and federal trials, in administrative proceedings, in mediations, and in arbitrations. His background includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury claims, breach of contract claims, intellectual property disputes, immigration matters, family law disputes, anti-trust and unfair business practice claims, real estate disputes, and construction defect claims.
Joe has also worked in government and politics, as a legislative aid and campaign manager for United States Representative Tom Lantos, and on the staff of various local campaigns. He was also a credentialled high school civics and history teacher. He continues to volunteer on behalf of his local schools and his hometown of Moraga.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys travelling with his wife Patty, attending Cal football and basketball games, caring for his garden, and bragging about his grown children.
